J P Doyle is no longer a Premiership Referee, redundant by the RFU.. :smt039

Or even The Fortress @Mattioli Woods Welford Road :smt002
I would like to see Kerr, Henderson and some of the other upcoming players selected when the team selection allows. I am still gutted over our poor performance last Sunday v The not Irish :smt022

It’s usually Luke Pearce when we play Exeter although I guess they save him for their home games so he can just nip round the corner from his house! :smt002

We learn every game. We take what we learn and try to improve. I see great things from the squad on the training field. They are 100% committed to the club. We need to get better and that will come with time. We are aiming to get to the very top where we belong. We didn't implement what we had been doing on the training field. I put out a team and were expecting to win every game. Blah blah blah blah "simply having a wonderful christmas time"

Admire Baxter so much. I don’t begrudge Exeter their success. Their success just seems to be rugby’s success, a shared success in a way that Saracens success was only ever a self-centred success for Saracens. I’m going to take solace from Exeter’s story. 2010-2011 8th in the Premiership, 11-12 5th, 12-13 6th, 13-14 8th, 14-15 5th, 15-16 2nd. Six years to settle into the premiership and the climb up the league wasn’t linear. Just need to be humble and show patience.

What I like about Baxter is that he very, very rarely underestimates a side and his team reflects that.

Could not agree more. Everything he says is both intelligent and measures and I have no doubt that at some stage he will be offered the England job. Whether or not he accepts such an offer is a different matter of course.

A comment from a Chiefs supporter at the bottom of the film:
"Really grateful to Leicester for letting Julian Salvi joining us way back and of course, the Tank, Thomas Waldron and Geoff Parling. Many thanks to the Tigers." :smt012

Some fight, some grit, some determination - like we had in Gloucester match would be good.

Some good defence and the possibility of coming out with a LBP :smt023

Anyone mentioned we.re on a journey......................... :smt039

One thing rugby history shows is that a paticular team's dominance goes in cycles. They are currently having their day. If they want to crow then fine, I'm sure we did/would. But eventually the wheel will turn.
