They are being fitted in as and when they can be arranged. Of this last weekend's matches, S Français v Bordeaux was a 1st round match and La Rochelle v Racing, a 3rd round match.
I've just read that the 4th round fixture between Castres and Brive that was originally due to be played on October 11th will now be played on Tuesday December 22nd.

That could get messy.

I mean it's an entirely different animal but I do find the idea of the top clubs juggling the calendars to fit in postponed matches like the armature clubs always end up doing quite endearing. Though obviously the same does not apply to the reason it is happening.
No, not that one!

Tragic news - Christophe Dominici (48 years old, 67 caps and winger in the memorable 1999 World Cup semi-final against NZ) has committed suicide. Apparently, he took the collapse of the Emirates bid for the take-over of Beziers very badly, due to alleged financial irregularities, as he was personally involved as a representative of the Emirates in negotiations.
Reposez en paix, Christophe.

Only the older members of this forum may remember Jean-Pierre Lux, who has sadly passed away, a centre who played 47 times for France and is one of the original players of "French flair", along with Claude Dourthe, Jo Maso and Jean Trillo.
From 1999 -2014 he was President of the European Rugby Cup.
