Given that the 19-20 season is finally over, a new thread for 2020-21?

Rumor only ,Trailfinders sign Bobby de Wee latterly of the Southern Kings (Rugby Paper Oct 11 2020).
Also to Ealing comes the 6ft 8in lock Olujare Oguntibeju who was on trial at Edinburgh during the course of last season.
Commendable investment considering the state and relative uncertainty of the Championship right now.

Not the first time this rumor has circulated about Will Rowlands heading 'home' to Wales :

Rumor only , Brad Shields to depart Wasps.
Personally believe there could be credence to this one :

I think it might have been pre-Covid, but now Wasps are playing good with Shields at 1st choice over Vailanu and the departure of Nizaam Carr, as well as the poor form in which Saints are playing in (which is the club he has been linked to), means that now for me it’s looking less likely.

The article above links Shields to a return to NZ. He probably only moved up here to play for England in the 2019 WC, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him go home now.

In talks, for a return next summer 2021/22 season to the premiership, according to 'Ruck'.

However, Exeter are in no rush to complete the deal and will face competition for the hot-steppers signature with Harlequins and Wasps also linked.
So basically, he might have said he'd like a return to the Premiership and clubs get linked, his old employers, who also employee his younger brother get 'first dibs' (or linked).
Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens.

Outstanding Castres back-row Anthony Jelonch (24 yrs 2 French caps) has signed a 3-year contract with Toulouse from the end of the current season.
He'll replace 37-year old ex All Black Jerome Kaino, who's due to retire at the end of this season.
An excellent signing for the current French champions.

Hopefully Toulouse can bow out Kaino on a high, what a player he is and has been for over 15 years now. A remarkable person both on and off the pitch, and Toulouse have definitely got their money's worth from him!

Rugby Paper (25/10/20 , Fissler) speculates that Gloucester could be set to lose the services of prop Val Rapava Ruskin to Racing 92.The move to France partly the result of lack of international opportunity with England.

Re: Transfers and Rumours Non-Tigers 2019-20
I rate Rapava-Ruskin but he hasn't impressed as much at Gloucester as he did at Worcester. At Warriors he formed a really solid front row with Nick Schonert alongside Niall Annett and Jaba Bregvadze (both under rated hookers in my opinion). Then latterly with Joe Taufete'e and Jack Singleton.
With Nariashvili and Gogichasvili at loosehead for Georgia I will realistically struggle to break in there either if he's playing in France. Props make good money in the Top 14 though.
