Wishing the Castres players/staff, and their colleagues/families all the best, speedy recovery.

Not a nice way to go through IMO.

A thousand unprintable oaths!

I was quite looking forward to this.... I fear for a satisfactory conclusion for the European competitions.

Hey ho! You can still open the Rémy and celebrate the win!

Oh you never know. Look at all the matches that have been played so far. This seems very much to be the exception.....for now.

Ah.... A Remy has to be earned. I will console myself with the stocks of Fronton and Buzet I found in the garage.

I think it's only been games in France that have had to be called off up until now (happy to be corrected). Disappointing result as it's not how we wanted to get through but the cup competition is still on for us and some of the bodies carrying knocks can heal up.

Sorry not basking. Wish I had been wrong, I wanted to go to this match above all this season.

Imagine we might field a strong team for the away match vs Bristol on Wed now. Bristol put out their first XV last night so not sure how many will feature with only a 5 day break

The Bristol game is on the 30th September, after the Semi-Final on the 26/27th, I believe.

So Tigers March on to the semi finals. Despite playing no minutes we still gave away too many penalties, the ref was rubbish, and why oh why that pointless kicking away the ball again.

.....well someone had to say it :smt079

It’s a shame. Better to lose than go through (or out) in this manner. Keep it up and we may win the tournament!

Would have been interesting to see how a more full strength Tigers performed.

At least this'll mean that the City win tomorrow!

In all seriousness though, hope Castres can contain and recover from this so that their domestic fixtures aren't affected.
