Here I go again.
Footballing 10, footballing 12, crash ball 13
Ford, Henry, Nadolo?
Plus that's a left amf right footed kicking option.... OK... Prop's logic.

I agree, we've finally found a decent back up to 10 and people want him to move to 12 immediately. Owen Farrell is a different sort of player, not all that often is 10/12 very interchangeable. I'm impressed by Hardwick doing it as well as he has.Jimmy Skitz wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 12:04 amPotter on wing I take it? Don’t know about Henry at 12 tbf
Henry and Nadolo are good players, let's pick them in their best positions, especially Henry, he's a young player just developing into the first real backup to the 10 position we've had in years.
We have an international quality 12 in Scott, let's put him there. The big question for me atm is 13. Porter if fit, but otherwise it's between Potter (who is both a Wing and a centre), Taute & Worth.
Of those Potter has impressed the most in recent weeks, but we've seen him mainly on the wing so far.
SB's seen them in training I'd go with his instincts on this one
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.
Re: Tigers vs Castres - 20 Sep 20 at 1500
Assuming Ford starts I would have Henry on the bench covering 10 and 15. As previously discussed we do have a number of options at 12 ans 13 and I am more than happy to go with the decision of the man who sees them playing in training. That's what we pay him for and whilst no doubt he will make mistakes from time to time I am confident he is the man to get it right in the end.

Well, that is pretty much the strongest match-squad we have fit and available, imo.

Still to be convinced by Wells at 6, can't fault his effort, but the penalty count is worrying.
Taute is probably the sensible option at 13, be nice to see a bit more of a positive game plan on Sunday, a win gets us another competitive game for building to the future if nothing else.

To win is not as important as playing with style!

One thing i hope they are prepared for, Kockott will try to get someone sent off, either through niggle getting a response or pretending to be hit. Not one of my favourites

Probably our strongest team at the moment, really hope we can put in a performance. Haven’t been too fussed about the premiership, with automatic relegation and mid-week games, but a win on Sunday would be massive.
Interesting that Wells is starting again at 6. Wonder what’s happened to Enever, seems to have gone off the radar, especially with Henderson and Martin looking very good whenever they’ve been on the pitch. Enever could be fifth or sixth choice.

Enever went off injured against Glaws (I think). He was solid in the couple of games he played in what was an understrength team. Be interesting to see what he offers in a stronger team, as he got through quite a bit of work.Leicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 1:31 pm Probably our strongest team at the moment, really hope we can put in a performance. Please don't take his dummy (pacifier) away.
Great to see our strongest team as yet. Statement of intent.
All we have to do now is silence the nae sayers.
Re: Tigers vs Castres - 20 Sep 20 at 1500
Strong team and strong bench, particularly the back row. I think we have a very good chance of a result and I look forward to the contest.
The big unknown for me is the ref and how well he refs the set piece, particularly the scrum.
