BT Tweeted a photo of three of Tigers signings Ford, Youngs and Genge, only problem, yet again the third photo is Lewis Ludlum. They are currently getting ripped apart by him and Gengey!

Again, for sake! If BT are trying to take the mick it is a step too far!

If it's anything like BT Retail (phones, broadband or TV) then their incompetence and inability to sustain minimal customer service is all down to COVID-19.

I think you will find must public & private companies have found COVID-19 to be a convenient excuse for incompetency.

It's far from the first time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous in fact I'd go so far as to call it a disgrace. Someone should be sacked over that. I bet they've got the correct picture of Benny and not put Danny Care up there by mistake.

Within about 2 minutes of Ellis posting that image, I thought it couldn’t possibly have happened again and he was trolling twitter. I checked BT.com and the 3 in the image were correct so they must have changed it very quickly after Ellis posted, or it’s a mock up. It’s not like Gengey doesn’t like a wind up.

When you go onto the BT Sport website the ‘thumbnail’ picture is correct Ben, George and Ellis. However, you’re right, if you click through to retweet the article, the picture changes to Ben, George and Lewis. I stand corrected, What a phenomenal f’’k up.
