Still trying to find a large black euro kit or the black and gold anniversary kit we did a few years ago... just incase anyones selling
[/quote]
I have the black euro players quality kit from years ago. Hardly worn, with a couple of minor pulls from washing. It's a 44 chest of that's any good. Happy to send it out for postage when I can get to the post office as I'm working atm.

Re: New Kit
Side issue , the RFU has announced Umbro as new kit manufacturer/supplier replacing Canterbury (4 year deal).
Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....
Re: New Kit
5 pages later and still 3 months to go Hot_Charlie, the references to Cotton Traders, Poor Quality, Over Priced, Money Making Scam, That Bib Shirt, Ghastly Away Shirt, Why Change Every 2 Years etc etc have all been exhausted. I for one am excited not for the new shirt but to see how anyone can be creative enough to add anything of interest to this thread until the shirts are launched.Hot_Charlie wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2020 10:44 amExcellent. There’s 4 months of moaning material before July 1st!

Re: New Kit
And twitter has gone mental about it.
How dare the RFU award such a contract to a company as “chavvy” and council estate associated as Umbro. Apparently Mike Ashley is a minority shareholder too; it seems this fact makes the deal worse than murder.

Re: New Kit
For a sport that is trying to expand its market, I don’t believe the number of snobbish comments I’ve read, not so much on here but social media in general.
They’re a large manufacturer of sports clothing , let them at least get the kit out before criticism

Re: New Kit
I remember my lad wrecked a pair of mouldies on a Sunday and needed a new pair before Tuesday so I popped to Fosse Park and the only pair they had in his size were Umbro.
The boots were one of the best pair of mouldies he ever had but I've never seen up so many nostrils!
Re: New Kit
My first rugby boots were Umbro... I have nothing against the brand really.
I didn’t really like Canterbury too much for England, the purple and two red away kit efforts were poor and really we didn’t need that a new kit every season (especially home). The away kit for 2016/17 (dark blue with the red cross) was their best one in my opinion.

Twitter would suggest a lot of others do!
Anyway, no one seems to have noticed that George Clancy’s worm them for years!

Re: New Kit
The Umbro Rugby revolution continues as they become the official kit supplier of the Bears.
