Out of contract players by my knowledge:

Facundo Gigena?
Owen Hills
Tom Youngs
Tatafu Polota-Nau
Jimmy Stevens
Gaston Cortes
Will Spencer
Guy Thompson
Sione Kalamafoni
Ben Youngs
Jonny McPhillips
Joe Thomas
Adam Thompstone

From following the U18s I'd guess that likely development squad promotions are:

Archie Vanes
Jack Rowntree
Emeka Illione
Kit Smith
Ben Muncaster
Sam Edwards
Charlie Titcombe
Matt Potts
Ollie Smith

I'd say those guys are pretty nailed on. Lynx Noumey, Jordan Tebbatt, Harry Glynn and Josh Lugsden are excellent young players in very competitive positions.

Given Noumey’s very recent change to prop, I’d expect him to get a bit more time, if the club believe he’s worth waiting for.
Taking into account the new deals for Lavin, Gough and Smith, I expect only one of Thompson and Kalamafoni will be retained/replaced.

IDK I think the club might be looking more at Seb Smith.
Him and Hoyt both been given a lot of game time considering they are younger. (Hoyt is only 16 but has featured heavily this seaon)

Seb Smith is an excellent up-and-coming player, my concern is that he’s too tall to be a prop and looks more suited to being a backrower, which he was before he was converted to loosehead by DPP and County.

There was a bloke 17 years ago who at 6ft 3 and a back rower was thought to be too tall to be a prop and it’s worked out ok for him

Ahh yes Andrew Sheridan, one of the best looseheads in the world at his peak, but it doesn’t work for everybody, he was also scrummaging under the old laws.

Think closer to home and think the other side of the scrum.

Carl Heyman is the only massively tall tighthead of note I can think of, and what a player he was.

I actually bumped into DC a couple of months ago in the tunnel - literally bumped into him! I'm 6' and no lightweight but I still bounced off him - he's huge! It was my fault - I wasn't looking where I was going but, as a true Englishman, he apologised...
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Sheirdan also won The Premiership, Challenege cup and the Heinken cup.
Plus got to the final of both the RWC and Top 14.

Whilst no doubt his reputation is mainly against Aus, he was still a top Loosehead.
