It should be to a line but I don’t think there’s one on the new cups. I’ve bought a new one cup Thermos today so I’ll be taking my own coffee or Bovril from now on.

Went for the Saints game with only 16k people there. Service slow and poor in Robin Hood stand. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Sold out of pies. Contact less not working. Semper eadem.

ABC Bar wasn't rammed with 20 mins to kick off, which was a nice surprise. A bottle of coke and a hot chocolate for a fiver. Well, I say 'hot chocolate' - it was lukewarm, weak, tea-coloured water. Oh, and with a solid lump of what was presumably 'chocolate' at the bottom, which a pneumatic drill would have struggled to break down. Sadly, we only had little sticks and the offer of 'more water, if you like' from the sheepish staff.
The packaging promised much, which the contents conspicuously failed to deliver. Seems to be the tale of Tigers across the board, at the moment.

I grabbed a sausage roll before the Saracens game as I hadn’t eaten, the quality was Actually really good. A quality sausage roll but over £4 was a bit steep!

Not living in god's own city any more, I don't always get the news. Anyone know what has happened to the 96 coffee station? I miss my coffee and doughnut before a match.
Sorry if this is mentioned anywhere else

Slightly off subject, why does Tigers shop sell umbrellas if we cant bring them into the ground? Does the club not have a duty to provide free/or chargeable safe storage for supporters arriving in the pouring rain, Security told us to place ours in the Blue bin outside the ground last week? How sarcastic was that? Even theatres etc have a "cloak room"! Yes I know its difficult but surely its a service that should be provided near to the turnstyles?
Re: Catering & Bar Feedback Seasons 2017,2018 & 2019/20
Yes I did say it would not be easy, but if each turnstyle entrance area had somewhere it would spread the load, afterall not everyone uses an umbrella, but I still raise the moral question as to why does the shop sell them if we cant use them?

I don't get why you can't take an umbrella into the ground.

I wonder if they were over-stocked, 15,000 declared but I bet there weren't more than 12000 actually there, final whistle was dead after the game.ourla wrote: ↑Fri Nov 15, 2019 10:19 pm New match day food and beverage offers being introduced for the Pau match:

stood at the 3rd half bar today for 20 minutes with just 2 people in front of me observing the slowest most uninterested server ever. then noticed on the price screen the company's mission statement of Cashless, Queue less, Fuss less. should change it to cashless, Clueless, Useless, and to compound my dissatisfaction when to the final whistle where they had ran out of Tiger and Guiness on the Xmas game …………….Why?
