Not confirmed but heavily rumoured, even the BBC are saying it.

Bill Sweeney is reported in the article I copied earlier as thinking it is going to happen and he ought to know

Or Leigh Halfpenny, but generally the BBC are accurate.

Hamilton convinced Borthwick is leaving the England setup but he never mentioned Tigers.

Lewis?

What does he know about rugby? Does he know Borthwick then?

I may be impatient but with the England group back in country you'd have thought there'd be an announcement by now.

Same, more excited for his arrival than any of our new signings. Feel like I've watched the same game over and over for almost three years, can't wait to see another way of doing things.

The signs have been more promising in some of the cup games and the home game against Gloucester that there is a semblance of a structure even before he arrives.

We are Tigers fans...there is never any rush with the Club to tell us what the story is or what is happening. I believe its because they know we all love the suspense of it all...Before they bring MOC back as a DOR...

Well I hope that Borthwick is actually coming, surely it would be embarrassing for the club to have all that publicity and it turns out he isn’t coming.

Like the Mafi scenario but worse.

You would hope that if he isn't coming the club would have already made an announcement denying it, otherwise they're just allowing us to live in false hope.

Lack of that denial probably means that we are at least in talks with him.

In the Clubs defence, as soon as Rugby leauge started to sniff around the Manu Truffles they were striaght away denying it in the press. So, by that adage, they would have denied this rumour i would think if there was no millage in it as it would make them look at little silly as we have clearly been in talks with Borthwick.

If the club have any news on this subject today would be a very good time to announce it.
