Premiership Sevens
Does anyone know who will be representing Tigers in the Premiership Sevens at Northampton next weekend?

Re: Premiership Sevens
No idea - but they can't be any worse/more obviously not match fit than the crew that played last year!

Re: Premiership Sevens
We don't normally take it seriously so expect development and academy players with a Loughborough Uni player or two and maybe a guest sevens player if we want some experience.
Law, Steward, Costelow all likely inclusions if fit.

Would be great to see them but can only go on Saturday!
Fingers crossed !

Perhaps the likes of Coghlan could feature?

We seem to be the only club that doesn’t take it seriously which is a little disrespectful to the fans that buy tickets in the hope of seeing a decent performance

Re: Premiership Sevens
I'd assume that players not involved in the trip to Portugal will feature. So probably not first teamers. Might see Lewis, Owolfela and maybe Simmons all getting games. Any coming back from injury that didn't make the camp in Portugal might use it to get some minutes in, I think Thompstone was one of those.

Awful sport as regards to a viewing spectacle but that said good luck to the boys!

Re: Premiership Sevens
I suspect we will see a combination of Leicester players, Loughborough players and 7's players.
To my mind the mostly likely Tigers players are probably Bungaroo, Steward, Costelow, and Browning with Boladau and Thomas being outside bets

Like the look of that squad. Not too many guests and a good smattering of talent from the Dev Squad.

Re: Premiership Sevens
Went to watch Saints v Leinster last night and nearly had a shocker!
Beer sales all cash-less, though food did card and cash. Good job I didn’t go on my own!
May be worth knowing for tonight and tomorrow.
