Didn't Ilione also captain the side? He looks like he could develop into a real beast of a blindside. Only seen limited highlights but he looks mobile and physical. If he's good enough in the set piece to have dabbled a bit in the second row all the better, always need a jumper in the back row.

Another age grade 9. There's going to be back log of young scrum half talent soon. Nice position to be in.

Ilione is already drawing comparisons with Croft, lets hope he can make the jump to senior rugby.

Is Lynx Noumey making the shift to prop starting this season? He always seemed one to watch at flanker.

I've big hopes for Illione and Vanes. Both seem like natural leaders and fantastic players.

so Tigers have in the England U18 squad
1. Rowntree
2. Vanes
3. Hardwick
6. Ilione
7. MunCaster (Been tempted from scotland U18's)
8. K.Smith
15. O.Smith

So a full front row and a full back row.
Not sure how we can fit a full back row in the promotion aspect.

Although Ilione has the best chance of the 3, if Smith or Muncaster can show promise especially as a 8 I reckon one will stay.

TBH I reckon, Vanes, Hardwick, Ilione and O.Smith are nailed on already.

I saw Muncaster play for Scotland U18's, he was head and shoulders the best player on the pitch for them so I'm excited to see how he progresses

I'd say from the little I've seen Ilione looks a real mobile beast. I'm sure he's probably penciled in the succession plan already. Didn't he play a bit at lock and captain England under 18s in the summer as well?

Great to see the academy churning out players at such a rate. Have we any prospective centres yet? That's the area we aren't quite making the numbers.

Hope we keep developing our loan and DR system because by the looks of it we'll have large numbers of youngsters ready to gain senior experience.

That second row partnership of Tandoh and Singer looks very potent.
