All the best Greg. Thanks for the enjoyment of watching you play and that try against Quins that had me smiling for a week.

I hear you Greg. The medication for me was awful at first,I can only describe it as head zaps. It's like lightning going off in your head. Hope you're through the worst of it!

I feel very fortunate to have never suffered anything like this and I wish Greg and any other sufferers the very best.

Can't imagine what you poor lads and lasses go through. Mrs G had a couple of fortunately short-lived depressive bouts, but having known someone who had lifelong unpredictable and profound depressions, and the battles he had, I can only look on in amazement at the psychological strength displayed by those battling it .

There's a lot of it about. Unfortunately, once you've been right down, there's no guarantee that it really goes away. So, it's well done Greg and it's great to see you on the upward curve, but keep your guard up.
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

Re: We are all with you Greg
I've been on shed loads of medication for some years now, including Tramadol. Twenty six tablets a day all told, and still have dark days, so I can sympathise with Greg.
Hope you recover soon, chum.

He really is a man and a half our Greg isn't he, the courage it takes to talk about mental health issues in a public forum. Go well big man, the road is long and painful but it's so much better to walk it than to stand still.
