Lavanini doing a lot (so far) to suggest he’s a great signing.

Looks good doesn't he? I hope he and Spencer wear different scrum caps when they play together otherwise my failing eyesight mightn't tell them apart if I can't see their jersey number!

Lavini and Taufua both showing great physicality.

If this is the core of the Pumas test team they better hope there is a 10 and a couple of props to come in from Europe

Don’t think you can say that, he was young and very homesick, Tigers would have loved to keep him

Crusaders very clinical in the final, moved a little away from the style that got them there.

Showed the quality of 2 of our forward signings for next season

We tried very hard a couple of times to bring Matera back - never managed to agree terms.
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

So, he came off the hook and we haven’t been able to get him back on however we try. Not a matter of blame just an observation that that’s one who got away.

Both 6'7" but Lavanini is almost 3 stone heavier so I am just going to go on bulk if they are standing next to each other. I must admit 6'7" and 23 stone seems unreal to me, unless the Tigers team info is incorrect.

20 stone 7lbs. That's a big slab of Argentinian beef.

Will Spencer 17 stone 9lbs. Spencer isn't the most ripped guy he's got a wirey strength to him. Hoping Lavanini is a juggernaut for us and the two of them combine well.

Apologies I meant over 20 stone to give 3 stone difference. Rubbish typing skills. Thanks for clarifying.
