Ok, I'm a Toulouse supporter but I certainly wouldn't begrudge a winner's medal to Kayser!

Ahh, Also have a soft spot for Toulouse and glad to see them 'on the up' again, would have been a harder choice if Floody was still with them.Robespierre wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 11:59 amWhat a pair o' sentimental aul' burghers!WhitecapTiger wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 11:45 amClermont for me too, because of Kayser.strawclearer wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 11:44 am Would love to see Kayser walk away with a winner's medal. I wonder if Toby Flood will publish his autobiography, as I'd be fascinated to read of his take on his essentially unfulfilled time with Toulouse. Personally, I don't believe he saw eye to eye with the then backs coach, Jean-Baptiste Ellisalde (with whom Toulouse parted company soon after Toby left). He's 34 this year so we may not see him again in the Premiership, even if Falcons bounce straight back up.WhitecapTiger wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 12:31 pmAhh, Also have a soft spot for Toulouse and glad to see them 'on the up' again, would have been a harder choice if Floody was still with them.Robespierre wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 11:59 amWhat a pair o' sentimental aul' burghers!

A deserved win got Toulouse whose defence was watertight. Shame for Kayser, but he gave his all and had a wonderful career!

Indeed, Toulouse deserved it! I forgot Greig Laidlaw plays for Clermont...enough reason to smile at their loss (not among my favourites!) Shame for Kayser though.Robespierre wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 9:50 pm A deserved win got Toulouse whose defence was watertight. Shame for Kayser, but he gave his all and had a wonderful career!

Salut, Dai! Not the best of matches but Toulouse’s willingness to move the ball paid dividends. Did you see the game on t’internet? The motto “jeu de mains, jeu toulousain” certainly applied yesterday!

I love both clubs, it’s really good for World Rugby that these two teams are dominating French rugby once again!
