Fatigue and Pressure working their magic, Farrell misses a sitter of a penalty

Astonishing game, but surely Barnes should have checked the two questionable passes leading to the Williams try?
Re: Weekend match thread - 31st May 2019
Brilliant match, both sides gave 100%.
Saracens deserved champions and have set the standard for other sides (including Tigers) to emulate.
To be honest I'm not sure any of the Tigers squad could match the Saracens players for work-rate, intensity and commitment.

Great game, what a side Saracens are, probable the best side ever in the premiership, not probably, definitely.

I reckon Exeter will start to go on the slump now, it won’t be long before the likes of Quins will be overtaking them, I don’t think they will be in the final next season.

I would take Ewers to Japan over Armand ever day of the week, for me Armand has become a very lazy carrier, everyone just chops him at the legs, pulls off a nice finish every now and again but you don’t need that as an international No7.

Regardless of how you feel about him Hartley has to go to the RWC.76 minutes in only a score up and a defensive lineout deep in your own 22. Who do you want to take it LCD or Hartley? It's a no brainer for me even though we'd all prefer George to do the full 80!

Saracens are just streets ahead of anyone else, and just who can stop them? Nobody, and I can see them dominating for the next few years. They are just out of sight in every department.
Re: Weekend match thread - 31st May 2019
For me that error that lead to George’s try was a combination of the following, a very telegraphed lineout move that enabled either Isiekwe or Itoje to put pressure, the lifter’s thrust was also half-hearted (although understandable as they were in the 76th minute) and a poor take from Dennis. It could be argued that LCD’s throw was too powerful but for me his impact to the game was really good and as an impact player could be crucial in handling England momentum.

This isn't an isolated incident though,LCD has done this many times in a Chiefs and England shirt mate.JP14 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 01, 2019 5:56 pm For me that error that lead to George’s try was a combination of the following, a very telegraphed lineout move that enabled either Isiekwe or Itoje to put pressure, the lifter’s thrust was also half-hearted (although understandable as they were in the 76th minute) and a poor take from Dennis.
