I’m sure someone will know (or can check), but have Tigers EVER finished in such a poor position in the league? First time in the bottom half of a table it seems to me...

Absolutely (censored) pathetic! Where the( censored) is Tiger's pride? Just gave it away on a plate as usual.

Move over Murphy, you just can't do the job, and take those crass coaches (not Boris) and the BOD with you. Nothing all season but excuses, excuses, excuses. Enough is enough. I am disgusted, nauseas, and damned livid.

You expect people to buy season tickets! The holders should all have a full refund after paying good money to watch garbage this season.

Shame on the club. :smt013 :smt013 :smt013 :smt018

What do you expect when you keep filling coaching posts with old players from the so say Tigers family.
Truly appalling season, truly appalling coaches, truly appalling BOD.
11th place is a disaster, time to realise we are and will be relegation candidates if we don't change the infatuation of hiring ex Tigers in coaching positions.

Well at least it wasn't an absolute drubbing like some games this season but Tigers yet again found a way to lose to one of our main historic rivals.

They also managed to break the few remaining negative records remaining, losing 4 in a row at home and 11th in the leage but what do you expect with the head coach learning on the job?

Easily the worst season on record and I can't see it being significantly better next season, it may even be worse - the root causes are still in place.

Hit the nail well and truly on its head! Tigers BOD are a disgrace intent to carry on employing ex players in some pathetic and ridiculous false belief that they are better than anyone else when they have zero experience. Its arrogance personified. Ditch them all bar Stanko, before its to late or enjoy watching the same old dross coached for years to come.

Sadly I'm not angry or disappointed anymore, it's just become the norm. Tigers have no faith in the forwards, if they did we'd have gone for the corner more often today to score tries. We are so negative in wanting to kick for the posts, Ford missed a sitter which cost the game. If we'd gone for the corner we might have scored a try bonus point.
Again kicking out of hand was poor, TPN was poor at first line out in attacking position.
Not sure things will get better.
Attendance was very low for game against Bath and end of the season game. Laughed about it being a preseason game with the empty seats around.
A TIGER TILL I DIE!!
Supporting since 1977 and proud of it!!

Bath will head back to the Rec. tonight laughing all the way, after being "gifted" the game.

More excuses will shortly be forthcoming!

Sorry we were robbed by refereeing incompetence.

Disallowed try foot in touch when the camera fails to show this?

Giving a try their prop who placed it short, crawled and replaced it short crawled a bit more and placed ot over the line?

How does the touch judge miss a blatant forward pass?

Between these incompetent officials the have given Bath a game, a place in Europe and cost another side their place in the top European cup?

Bath knock on in the tackle yet he awards them a 5m scrum because Tigers player trying to pounce on it took it over the try line.

CMK and the 4th official should never be allowed to officiate at a Premiership game until they have learned the laws of the game after appropriate experience at a much lower level.

Don’t post on here often anymore, but just have to say I totally agree that keeping the coaching in the ‘#tigersfamily’ is ludicrous in 2019. I’m sorry to say it because I’m sure he’s a nice bloke-but ho can Matt Smith legitimately be the best candidate to be the head of the academy?! He’s been coaching part time for a season. The mind boggles.

Blaming the ref again when we lose, utterly ridiculous.

Get it right he isn't head of the academy.
He is the head coach of the academy very different things.

David Wilks is the academy manager
Greg Mannion is the Junior academy Manager
Matt Smith is the head coach

They work as a unit.

Also Smith was Coach for the academy this season and did well..
Allen and Deacon both went into the academy roles and did well.

The mind boggles at some comments.

Did they? Because who was the last exceptional academy player?

You don't create exceptional players though.
You can improve them.

Also the players who came up through those two are still only 21/20.
