Surely you can see that you are not the right man for the job? As I've said before, it's not your fault. However, may I respectfully suggest that you do the decent thing and resign your position. The club has to come first, as I feel sure you will agree.

Jamie Joseph? Gatland? Eddie Jones? Deans? Do you know anything or just messing around?

Murphs - You were once a great player but it's time to admit you are a hopeless coach and move on.
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

Because he is an Ex Tiger that has proven experience and ability in the premiership which automatically excludes him :smt003

The fact that you have written about four threads on a similar topic to no avail proves you that you really need to devote your time and efforts to something else...

JP14...seems you are way behind the times, as the majority of supporters want Murphy out, and the rest of the worst Coaching set up by some degree in thePremiership. Bar Stanko.

Let’s get one thing clear. The overall quality of the players in the club is not as good as those clubs who finished in the top 6, but we supporters would expect them to be a lot better than a team finishing in a lowly 11th place. Sad to say it but Geordan is clearly out of his depth and should do the decent thing and resign and gain experience at a lower level. I believe Tigers have a sort of working relationship with Loughborough Students (relegated this season from National 1), so maybe he could go there?

We won 5/12 at home

We won 2/12 away (one was Twickenham).

Awful stats.

Very true, but the stat that sticks out to me is the number of points conceded - the worst in the Premiership.

On what basis do you think the majority of supporters agree with you?

Lovely dude, terrible coach but honestly I can't see him leaving voluntarily, his prospects of securing a similarly paid role elsewhere are basically nil. We're in for at least another season of Murphy in some capacity.
