Imported outsiders brought in on bigger wages have to be able to justify their part in the team, too many fail to do that.
Point of interest, in theses changing times how soon before a phrase like " whiter than white " is deemed racist and censored?
Unlikely while there are people from other cultures with similar sayings.

New Zealander Vern Cotter has been moved to a director of rugby role at French club Montpellier, who have targeted Springboks fly-half Handre Pollard as a potential replacement for ex-All Black Aaron Cruden.

It looks as though Conor O'Shea's time as Italy's Head Coach is up as Franco Smith has announced he is taking over!!
So where does that leave O'Shea if he knows he is departing? and where is Italy's backs & attack coach Mike the Catt going? Italy's playing record is similar to Tigers so we do not want their cast offs thank you, however others may disagree.

Cotter would be just the bloke I'd be after for Tigers. He's got a one year contract as DoR with Montpellier and I wonder if he could be tempted to come here?

I'll post this on here as it's as good a thread as any.
Karl Dickson has been chosen to be touch judge in the Scotland v France friendly on August 24th (the other tj being Nigel Owens with Wayne Barnes as ref).
I wonder how long it'll be before he's appointed referee of an international match?

Pretty sure he's been selected as a World Cup referee

Mako out for minimum 3 months. Only good thing is he's a player who needs hardly no breaking back in and seamlessly comes back on top form.

Odogwu didn't make the grade, been loaned out regularly and with sales back three selection choices, he's deemed not strong enough. Rumours floating of Bristol, Quins and left field to Italy as he is qualified for them

He's had a few injuries as well as the added competition.
