Some of our red cards could be blamed on rash actions brought on by frustration at the way we were playing.

Yellows can be a matter of taking one for the team but reds? The only excuse for a red is the farcical interpretation of challenging in the air laws. Striking an opponent is plain daft in the era of TV match officials. It's a lack of discipline that is endemic of our performances this year - soft penalties to red cards.

Please , get rid of them all bar Stanko.
Yep because that will magically fix everything.

No of course it wont, but it will be a start!
It'll be the start of another rebuild where we have nothing and the players already fed up of the firing happy board will be further disillusioned.

At the end of the season we know that Blake's contract is up and that Bakewell's might be (did he sign for two or three seasons?). Get in a DOR with experience and then get in his defence and forwards coach of choice. Murphy is there to keep consistency. Allen and Deacon continue with the academy and A league. Build up not build anew.

Chieka, Joseph, Haig could all be available post RWC. Martin Haag who took England under 20s to JWC glory and who did well at Notts could be tempted back into full time rugby as DOR it forwards coach, Mike Ford is about at the minute and could be a good fit as defence coach and offer more besides as he helped shape Bath's attack. We could go many ways and with an actual pre season might be able to put something into place.

No way they want to risk losing their last home game.

I was one of those, and am pleased to see a full strength Glos team.
The Falcon's absentees might also have a bearing - they (like Tigers) have had some bad luck on that front.
