Re: V Brizzle
Kala is an option but wouldn't like to lose Fitzgerald also would like to see Owen replaced.

Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

What a mental season, we've only played about half an hour of decent rugby and we're only 6 points off Europe.
Re: Tigers v Bristol - 27th April 2019
Realistically 8 pts off due to our vastly inferior points difference.CitizenSmiff wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2019 5:01 pm What a mental season, we've only played about half an hour of decent rugby and we're only 6 points off Europe.

Re: Tigers v Bristol - 27th April 2019
It was nothing like Tom Youngs' clearout, Owen went into the ruck on Flood, Flood was low and there was minimal contact with the shoulder/neck area. It was the commentary team, Ugo Monye in particular who started talking and oohing and ahhing about it and comparing it to OTY's red card last week...similar contact point etc, absolute rubbish IMO.
The angle he came in at there's no way Toby Flood's neck would have got hit...his ears would have been in the way
At first they thought Toby went off for an HIA after contacting Manu's thighs in a tackle but replays showed it was ruck contact. Flood walked off fine, came back on later and Deano said afterwards he didn't know why he'd gone off and that he thought he played better afterwards.

No problem, just my view of it. Probably means he'll be cited.....
