No to teo. Good player but only plays for England. Also in his 30's with injuries mounting up.
There is never any points for 2nd place...

Very interesting article by Owen Slot in the Times. Here are two extracts:
"Tuilagi's mid-career has been destroyed by injuries. In the 2016-17 season he got on the pitch seven times he was therefore being paid £65 000 a game.'
'If you have been so injury prone that many thought you would never play international rugby again, should you not honour the club that helped you to return there? There is a case here for loyalty, however old-fashioned that may seem.'
He also points out that the medical staff at Tigers have helped him through so much that they know exactly what he needs but whatever Racing promises they cannot promise this.
The demands of the French Top14 had a serious impact on Johnny Sexton resulting him having the two most injury prone seasons of his career.

Re: Manu to Racing 92?
It's an interesting view point, as Wilkinson went and had arguably his best years in France after his injury woes.
The counter argument is that he broke himself playing for Tigers so they should be the ones showing loyalty by fixing him (which they have, I'm not criticising the club!).
