France would make the most sense.
Not many teams in the prem can afford the cap space needed to compete with French clubs.
Henry is like a demigod down in France, so would give Manu a couple of lifestyle tips etc that usually catches out some players who struggle in France (Mainly the welsh).

Maybe Wasps? Manu could remain stable domestically and wouldnt need to learn French, and they seem to gave shed enough people tp free up some cash.

Wasps wouldn't make sense with JDJ and Fekitoa.
Manu, Fekitoa and JDJ would be a stupid amount of cap on 3 players that only play in the centres.
100% will be saracens.....

Sounds like he has already gone the way some are saying on here! I hope he doesn't read the forum because some posts will help him make his mind up!
Give blood, play rugby!!

Sarries nearly had him before according to one source,it fell apart because of a second medical with an independent doctor, something along those lines. He won't go to another English club,I'm almost certain of that. And like Wardy says he hasn't decided anything yet,but I think someone knows more than they are letting on,unless it was just a mistake in posting "will" instead of "could"

From France...
Transfer news - Manu Tuilagi was in Paris on Monday afternoon to get a tour of the Racing 92 facilities
He wants a three-year deal (which apparently Leicester have already offered). Depends whether he is ready to give up on his England hopes #Midol

Just watching the Chiefs Highlanders game.
Recruitment needed in midfield and back row we could do an awful lot worse than 2 Highlanders players Rob Thompson and Luke Whitelock, who I think once spent some time at Loughborough grammar
