I guess this is where we discover whether he was left out for a rest as part of the great EJ Masterplan - or not.

I feel it was part of a plan as Dan never stressed about it

Agreed. Jones knows what Cole offers and that he needed a bit of a rest so left him out of the Autumn Internationals and I believe he will be a starter in the Six Nations and the World Cup.

Coles in very good form, still don't see him starting though against Ireland. And the other two players offer more impact off the bench. Cole will be used though and is a great WC option because he can do 80 minutes at the very top level and we have two games in 5 days.

Well as much as I support England it is Tigers first for me so I hope our players get some rest by not playing too much! Why? We will need them fighting fit for the last few, difficult games in the Gallagher Premiership. Sarries also has a strong representation! Just need Tigers to start playing to their full potential!

Devoto would be a real gem if he were to sign for us, but the reality is he is unlikely to leave the South West.

Nice to see Dan back in contention.

Devoto - Why would he not resign?

If he does leave then where to?
Bristol - doesnt have to travel too far.
Glouc - Up and Down.
Bath !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tigers - Not winning trophies/Progressing in Europe
Wasps - Problems

My guess - he'll resign for at least another season.

So you leave out the best scrummaging tight head against your the most powerful scrummaging side England will face.
They might start Sinckler against Scotland, Italy and Wales but Ireland and France would be bonkers.p

So if Dan is away for the whole tournament and doesn't get released back to us will we be taking Joe Heyes back as surely its better for his development to play first choice TH for us than with the under 20's?

Is it just me, but I can't really see the advantage of Teo. Not really that powerful, nor that skilled. Better centre around surely?
