Not much of a loss. He runs aimlessly and frequently cough's up the ball.
it's not like we are awash with 8s, Thompson and Denton both out as well
Is Johnno available? :smt044

Well done Tigers. Superb effort against a very good Bath side today. Many people on here won't give Bath nor Tigers any credit but I will.

Fair play to Bath for your performance and well done Tigers on a huge defensive performance and excellent effort.

I enjoyed that game. Ok, we lost but what a shift from Tigers.

Forget top 4,we are playing to stay up,thank you Bristol!!! Pathetically matched the bottom teams LBP though so I guess some can celebrate!

Would go with next week assuming no one comes back from injuries.
4. Wells
5. Williams
6. O'Connor
7. Evans
8. Mapapalangi

19. Lewis
20. Reffell

Kitch and Fitzgerald where shockingly bad today in a pack that got bossed.

Bath were the dominant side and looked after the ball well...the first two tries were questionable but the best team on the day won.....a losing bonus point keeps Tigers 4 points off 4th spot in a vert tight premiership.....big positive is the defence from Tigers was immense and they all put in a shift....one negative is the injury to Kalamafoni as we are not well resourced in the back row at present. A win next week against Gloucester, which is possible, will put Tigers back in contention for top sxi / four!

The bad: couldn't get hold of the ball, when we could, couldn't hold on to it. When we did, didn't really know what to do with it.

The good? A remarkable and fantastic losing bonus point. The team never gave up, and after a first half camped on their own line, making tackles, somehow (and despite themselves) held on to a bonus point, against all odds.

I know we don't want to be subject to the tyranny of low expectations, but every *single* points may count this season, and there is one that Tigers easily may not have had.

Much work to do though.

2 points behind 6th, 4 points behind 4th and 7 points ahead of 12th.

But yes we are in a relegation fight......

Respect to Louw for admitting it wasn’t a try. Disappointed with that result, as it’s one that we could have and should have won. On to next game, TV to score the winning try and get our season back on track :smt017

Given our recent trips to the rec I'd have snatched your hand off for an LBP. Heroic defence, magic turn overs, but even though bath were all over us I still feel cheated. Two tries were not "proper"!

With 1st half stats of Bath 11 tackles, Tigers 77 tackles where was the game plan to turn it around in the 2nd half? Nowhere!! After that performance, relegation beckons!! The du Preez family won't come and even Tom Varndell injury cover for TV won't help either?

I feel like you're doing this on purpose now. That was not a rugby game to be enjoyed by anybody at all except Bath supporters.
No. I enjoyed it. I wouldn't have said it otherwise. Of course, had we won, I'd have enjoyed it even more.
