Re: OMG!!!
It won't get cited. The ruck is a free for all.
Re: OMG!!!
The break down is now not reffed at all, players come flying in, off their feet and the refs just ignore it. You can only assume this is an instruction from somewhere, its not that the refs are 'missing' the offences, they are that obvious they can't be, there is an active decision to ignore it.

And the main reason for my increasing disenchantment with the game. The refs also ignore ball sealing as practiced by the current top team.daktari wrote: ↑Thu Dec 27, 2018 9:29 am The break down is now not reffed at all, players come flying in, off their feet and the refs just ignore it. Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

Re: OMG!!!
Flying in no arms, off feet, taking out players not bound, sealing off. Time to get it back to the feet and no hands involved.
I'm not cynical just experienced
Re: OMG!!!
Amen. And not IMO a retrograde step but an injury reduction one as long as red card for stamping/raking and yellow for wrong side

Re: OMG!!!
Can the refs also start to correctly penalise the cynical and professional fouls committed when advantage is being played? Instead they just ignore it and run back to the original penalty offence.
Re: OMG!!!
Very nasty injury to Francis to night looked like it could have been caused by him being hit by a shoulder to the upper arm area

Re: OMG!!!
Very suspect clearout again that Exeter got away with, no wonder Baxter doesn’t criticise the refs.

Re: OMG!!!
That looked really bad. I can't work out why refs ignore this type of incident so often.
