Mapapalangi maybe being replaced or now being sought more as a second row.

I'd say the quality of personnel within the coaching set up is a far bigger issue than the quality of personnel within the playing squad. It's plain as day that the players are poorly coached.
I saw Marika Vunibaka play

Agree postiger, look at the internationals we have! Would we be floundering near the bottom with McCall/Sanderson,Baxter/,Hepher,Deano or Ackermann etc? Absolutely NOT!

Of course but I'm way more likely to be right than wrong looking at our players and the quality of those coaches and what they've achieved as well as looking what ours haven't,bar Stanko of course!

Hate to point it out but when Deano left we were floundering near the bottom and his current team is where? Baxter and McCall unlikely to be available until their teams slip down the league, Ackerman lets see what happens over a couple more years others named unproven as number ones.

McCall and team: multi domestic and European championships
Baxter and team: domestic champions and multiple losing finalists
Ackerman: Took lions from worse SA team to double runners up within 4 years and has got Gloc RCC rugby in first season and will make the playoffs this season.
A slight question mark maybe on Deano and team but he's donee a fantastic job there considering the supposed quality between our players and theres.
Not modest just common sense really when coupling that with the poor performances of out coaches ,Stanko excepted.

and let's look at where those coaches started before their current jobs.
Deano - First gig was with us did well, got sacked by us, went to Grenoble and it didn't go well, helped laid the foundations for Quins but still won nothing bloodgate ended it.
Baxter - Exeter is his first coaching job took him 8 years to win a top trophy with them.
McCall - Won the celtic cup but also handed in his resignation due to poor results and being bottom of the magners league, sacked from Castres.
Sanderson - First job
Hepher - Player coach at Bedford and 3 years saints academy coach.

Only Ackermann joined a current team with a good recent track record and he's still yet to win anything, Deano prob would have if not for bloodgate TBH, McCall won a trophy then got sacked by two clubs.

Perhaps people should think about giving Murphy time to see if he could develop like Baxter, McCall, Hepher, Sanderson since this is his first season with some responsibility he hasn't even had a full pre-season.

I really hope it isn't but possibly Will Evans based on recent rumours.

Another possibility is that Dan and Jean Luc could be viewed as Williams and Mapapalangi replacements. Tino hasn't pushed the first team for some time now.

Really hope the Will Evans aren’t true. Given he’s either been injured or suffering from illness, when fit he’ll get time in the 23.

Du Preez brothers would be massive upgrades over Williams and Mapapalangi. Neither of which have performed particularly of late. If Mapapangi was on low wages, would be tempted to keep him as a project.
