Spot on Jimmy, absolutely spot on! We will not get off this merry go round until there is a complete clearout! Bar Stanko of course.

Another individual error and it's another try. Didn't catch which player it was but it's school boy stuff. If you're the guard you stay there until someone pushes you (physically) out to bodyguard. You don't try and read the play and wander off leaving a gaping hole next to the ruck.

Between the 25th and 75th minute we were probably the better team. It's just inside that opening 25 minutes every mistake we made they scored from. Silly knock ons in their 22 and nothing from the ref when we needed a spot of luck and it's a comprehensive loss.

Hopefully against Quins we'll see Thompson and an openside in tandem in the backrow and back to Wells and Spencer in the second row.

Yes of course. A new broom is needed, too friendly and too much player power. Fresh pair of eyes needed,a strong character to call the shots. Can't be associated with Tigers in any way either.

The club doesn’t need to get rid of all the coaches :censored:

It’s what has caused this problem to begin with.

As Genge said sacking so many coaches and players causes teams to lose that pack mentality.

Tigers need to be patient bring in some senior people who know how rugby players think at put them in at DOR. Let go of the players who are out of contract who are not performing, and work from there.

Another mass clear out will result in just more :censored:.

Deja Vue - same old rubbish, out of Europe yet again, no chance in Prem either now, just like 2016, 2017....

Same brain dead game, get to half way line, hoof it away, no idea, just hopeless.

If do get as far as 22 no idea how to breakdown a defence, just static players milling around until turned over or knock on.

Oppositition easily reading Lineout and picking us off time after time.

Defence a shambles, any decent team can rack up a bonus point, Racing were coasting the second half.

May do better in the Challenge Cup next year .... if Tigers survive relegation. :smt009 :smt009

Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

I had hope after last week. I thought if we could make our fist up tackles, win the breakdown, win the line out and keep 15 men on the pitch we'd have a chance. We did none of those four things and lost AGAIN. Yes there was effort. Yes there was endeavour but no spark, no clue, no go forward. Europe is gone and I fear relegation is a real threat.
Having said that once again the officials were abysmal. Offsides, obstruction, forward passes, squint throws at the line out and put ins at the scrum. All ignored. All this attention on high tackles etc. is fine and I understand the need to manage concussion but to do so at the expense of fundamental laws of the game is a criminal act in itself.

Not for me! The reason we are in this mess is because you are guaranteed a job if you are an ex player or someone who had been here before, regardless if you're good enough or not,and that's what's killing us! The constant inbreeding has to stop! Let's do what Cohen originally said and scour the world for a world class DOR,we are a big club let's start a ting like one,and if certain "senior" players don't like it then get rid of them too!

This!

Need time for Geordan to develop the culture. Add some experience alongside to provide guidance. The difference today was some soft tries and two lost lineouts on the 5m line. We tighten up and become a bit more clinical and results will come. It's just that tightening up defensively that needs to happen quickly.

Scrum is fine when Dan Cole is on, not sure about the rest of the time.

The "team" look aimless at times, the defence looks poorly organised and easy for smart players to pick holes, particularly off phase play. The tackle stats will probably look better because the holes were so gaping no-one was close enough to tackle.

Since the start of the season the line out has crumbled under pressure, winning your line out on the halfway is one thing, winning it on the opposition 5m line is another.

Some players are certainly under-performing, but still the team is less than the sum of the parts.

not all no, the 2 forwards coaches can stay but can you really say GM has done a good job with the backs as "skills coach" we have made so many errors whilst he's been in post its embarrassing, same with defence.

you cannot keep someone just because you want stability if they are not up to the job.

for far too long Tigers has been a professional club run in an amateur manner

I'm sorry but I have to respectfully disagree. He has zero experience and doesn't appear to be able to extract the best out of players on personality and reputation alone. We need a proven hand to steer this ship clear of the rocks.

Bakewell can go too,his early employment new bounce has long gone. You need more than dawn boxing and being asked "how much do you want it" in this day and age! The only coach who can come out of this with his head held high is Stanko!
