From a Tigers POV that is a great article IMO, really hope we have him at Tigers for a long time.

A true world class player. How many times have clubs had arguably at one time the world's best 12 and 13 playing for them at the same time?! The trick is getting Manu back to his best and getting it all to gel.

That was in the 2003 world cup - was against SA IIRC, can't remember if a pool game or at the knock out stages.

(again IIRC) he also scored a try after one of the forwards got a charge down within the SA 22

I wonder if MT's is actually a record then? How close was Wilkinson from the 22 and how far into the goal area was Greenwood??

from memory Greenwood was only inches behind the try line and Wilko wasn't particularly close to the 22m so MT's probably was further
