Unless we make changes at the top this club will always be a shadow of its past glories.
The bread and butter is having a winning team that will bring success, the board have got it the wrong way round, Hotels and extra car parking? Unless they get a winning coaching team and a winning team on the pitch what is the point of Hotels etc as the board and club will see a fall in attendences and season tickets, the club needs to get with it quick

Geordan Murphy needs sacking before they even leave the stadium, the basic skills level of Tigers has been shocking for a long long time and he is clearly not having any effect on improving that

I have to say - were he not a Tigers legend, our Skills Coach would have been 'on a warning' some time ago!
