Not relevant when we are this awful in every minute of the game up to now.

Referees cannot be to blame when we simply have no clue.

Good job for MOCs job he took a second string side, as he's bound to use the excuses he created.

Maybe Bateman can teach May how to intercept? :smt026
No, not that one!

Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...

I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Good defence by Evans flying in with some hits. Pity the bigger lads can’t follow by his example

The message earlier this week was we were going to take the shackles off and play a bit, I didn't know they meant defensive shackles and let Castres play a bit

Honestly you couldn’t make this up - 5 metres out fail to convert then lose the next 5 metre line out. Inept

2 competent line outs in a row still too much to hope for :smt010

No Imagination

Post by milesanderson »

Seems like the team is so bound up by what they should do in terms of playing different channels and the game plan that they appear to be unable to unlock their imaginations, and play 'in the moment'. This is a coach's problem and its usually to do with the intransigence of the coaching team. get rid of them all and why not bring back someone with the dynamism of Richard Cockerill who may infuse the team with the ability to think on their feet and improvise? Rugby doesn't follow a set pattern. It's changeable and the slightest change in the game , a missed or dropped past , a high tackle, the inability to clear out a single ruck can change the whole pattern of the game, that's when being truly 'in the moment' counts and the ability for individuals to think on their feet and use their imaginations is the formula for playing open exciting rugby and winning.

The very worst backline I have ever seen at the Tigers in 65 years and No 10 and 14 should never be seen the Tigers colours ever again. Abysmal. Feel very very sorry for the diehards who have wasted a fortune and O'Connor should be shot for reducing the Tigers to a laughing stock

That's two that have gone begging off 5m line out drives, how has this been allowed to happen?

He HAS to go - simply inexcusable - 27 unanswered points, even when they down to 14.

Its absolutely disgraceful. :smt013
