1) Now, firstly is he going to be fit enough for Premiership rugby or is he just another Opeti Fonua?

2) State your sources, or are you just a rugby troll who scoured the internet for a big hitter, logged onto the forum and claimed that on authority this guy had signed in order to create noise for yourself?

24 year old Edwin Maka - 6'7" 22 stone - plays 8 - only just signed from Toulouse - that one?

Says he is a second row player on here. I'd trust ESPN over "anyone can type what they like" Wikipedia. He also wore number 4 in those clips. He wasn't wearing an 8 at all. (Apart from when he was wearing 18).

Would be surprised, but knowing Racing they prob have Etzebeth lined up or something ridiculous.
Maybe he wants to play for Tonga or something and Racing is stopping him.

I just doubt it.

Would be a good signing.

(Been playing lock for Racing from what i can tell).

If true would be a great signing. Would probably play at 8 and allow Kalamafoni to move to 6 which is his best position.

At over 22 stone, he could play 4 and 5 - although the hookers might not be too keen!

Actual it might be true.

Think Racing have signed Dominic Bird next season (Think) and since they can only have 14 non JIFF players i can't see them tying that many foreign players to lock.

Calm down ellis - he may well be lock - at over 22 stone he can play where he likes! I wasn't quoting Wiki...https://www.ultimaterugby.com/racing-92/squad

Him and Spencer would be massive in the second row, literally! Would feel sorry for the lifters.

Or - as Harry Thacker has such good hands - they could be his lifters! Whaddya reckon - 30 feet?

(Am I the only one thinking "I wonder if that would work...?) :smt003

I think Spencer is light enough for lifting, next season we will probably see the openside flankers used more as lineout recievers

So with the rumours of players we have signed or going to be signing, our full strength starting 15 could look like this:

Genge
TPN
Cole
Maka
Spencer
Hamilton
O'Connor
Kalamafoni

Youngs
Ford
Toomua
Tuilagi
May
Cordero
Veainu

Who would be captain of this side? Am I being harsh leaving Tom Youngs out?

Ford, seeing as he appears to be OTY's deputy now. And no, probably not.
