He'll definitely be the big ball carrying backrow option to replace Picamoles they needstrawclearer wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2017 7:19 pm Reports that Northampton have signed South African backrow Heinrich Brussow.
Quality player but with Wood and Gibson that's three players who specialise in disrupting at the breakdown and no real power game.
Re: Transfers & Rumours Non Tigers 2016/17
Mitch Eadie was impressive in a struggling Bristol side last season, he is not Picamoles but could well have much more to come in a better Saints team.sam16111986 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2017 9:57 pmHe'll definitely be the big ball carrying backrow option to replace Picamoles they needstrawclearer wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2017 7:19 pm Reports that Northampton have signed South African backrow Heinrich Brussow.

I am neither clever enough to understand nor stupid enough to play this game
Re: Transfers & Rumours Non Tigers 2016/17
Dan carter's current deal expires at the end of the season, so as it stands Piutau will be the highest paid player for the 18/19 season.h's dad wrote: ↑Wed Aug 16, 2017 5:58 pmTelegraph says worlds highest paid player at £1m and then say that Dan Carter is on moreL Smith wrote: ↑Fri Aug 11, 2017 2:51 pmRefuted by Bristol RugbyTheRock wrote: ↑Thu Aug 10, 2017 11:54 pm Piutau will be on £1million per year at Bristol

He's a good signing and he punches above his weight but at 16 stone (Saints website) he's not going to be a big impact off the back of the pack.BFG wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2017 11:51 pmMitch Eadie was impressive in a struggling Bristol side last season, he is not Picamoles but could well have much more to come in a better Saints team.sam16111986 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2017 9:57 pmHe'll definitely be the big ball carrying backrow option to replace Picamoles they needstrawclearer wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2017 7:19 pm Reports that Northampton have signed South African backrow Heinrich Brussow.

I'd liken him to Luke Hamilton who I also rate.
The big bosher didn't quite work for them so it'll be interesting to see how the dynamics of their side blend.
They have a lot of enforcer types so he could often be freed up to do what he is very good at.

I think the big boshers (Manoa and Picamoles) have worked for them.BFG wrote: ↑Wed Aug 16, 2017 8:52 pmHe is a good signing.sam16111986 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 16, 2017 6:38 pmHe's a good signing and he punches above his weight but at 16 stone (Saints website) he's not going to be a big impact off the back of the pack.

Picamoles, well the Tigers beat them!
Re: Transfers & Rumours Non Tigers 2016/17
And Picamoles singlehandedly kept them in with a chance. They were for the most part garbage last season bar him, they have the players but like Cockers West and Voldemort have gone stale now.
