I don't think this gives any indication either way. In fact, the more blinkered of us could take his refusal to talk about his future as a clear indication a move is on the cards. Let's look at this way - with a semi-final on the corner, he can't very well say "Yep, I'm off", can he? Conversely, it certainly wouldn't do his team's morale or focus any harm to say "That's a load of bull, I'm a Chiefs player and will be next year".trendylfj wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2017 8:38 am It is beginning to look as though DMAC is not coming after these reported comments. He doesn't actually say he is not but that his focus is on this weekend's semi finals. After that, who knows?

Of course, as discussed, this could all be agents posturing for more cash.
However, my theory/delusion is that this is wrapped up or close to being so. However, the news of the transfer leaked and now, with a semi-final approaching, all parties have decided (out of respect for the Chiefs) to either pour cold water over the rumour or step back from the negotiating table for a couple of weeks to allow DMAC to focus on the playoffs.
Either way, we'll know in a couple of weeks.
