Possible new signings announcements tied in with new kits, fixture lists etc. As for props - maybe a loan signing from Doncaster or Nottingham is easier than using salary cap up early. Given we can replace front rows in all competitions more easily than other postitions.

I don't know why you are looking for announcements ASAP when many of you will probably be disappointed there is no "big" name joining meaning you'll be underwhelmed anyway.
The signings will be announced at any point between now and the start of next season and will consist of Kalamafoni, Joe Ford and Jonah Holmes.

Yes Smithy I agree with you there is no room given the current salary cap for any further Star players, we will just have to hope that Manu & Toomua get fit and stay fit for the first part of next season at least, I for the life of me can't see any space other than the subs bench for Kalamafoni as both Hamilton and McCaffrey are far better No, 8@s than he is.

I think that Kalamafoni is a different player to McCaffery, more of a line breaker with more go forward.Noddy555 wrote:Yes Smithy I agree with you there is no room given the current salary cap for any further Star players, we will just have to hope that Manu & Toomua get fit and stay fit for the first part of next season at least, I for the life of me can't see any space other than the subs bench for Kalamafoni as both Hamilton and McCaffrey are far better No, 8@s than he is.

The Rugby Paper saying today Clermont and Exeter are battling out to sign betham.
Seems he was one of the players MOC deemed surplus to requirements.
Was great in his first season but has been poor this season especially towards the start where he didn't really seem interested.
