SF tickets now on general sale from Wasps

Post by OliverS »

General sale has been opened early due to 'high demand'. I think the original plan was Wednesday... I'm guessing this is after the 30,000 they had yesterday - didn't realise they were getting that many!

Just got ours too. N31 - £19 for an adult, kids free (directly behind the posts is £27). Looking at photos I think Wasps tend to warm up at the South stand end of the ground. :smt001

If you wait then that's more tickets potentially available to Wasps fans! I'm sure Tigers will easily sell the limited allocation they will receive.

The majority are at the end of the pitch, with some along east side
Definitely don't want to be near their drummers :smt009

Got ours, Block E22. Seniors £27, Adults £36.

Car Parking, is there any car parking away from the stadium within reasonable walking distance?

I can see how Wasps make their money now. Parking was almost as much as the tickets! :smt003

Got my 4.

They want to charge £15-£20 to park in local schools, business parks etc - complete rip off.

Has anyone been to the Ricoh before, do you need to pre book or are there places to park close by similar to Freemans Common at Tigers?

I doubt it's changed, but I found a reference from a few years ago with Saints discussing permutations of SFs etc, and then it was 20%, so about 6,500 in this case.

Er Scuse me tickets for the Wasps semi final don't go on general sale until Thursday the 11th of May, THey go on sale to season ticket holders the day before that, or don't you read the notices that the club puts out. Blimey nearly caused me to have an heart attack thinking that I might have missed out.

I think it's very naughty of Wasps to put these tickets on general sale before the Tigers allocation has gone on sale. I can understand their reasons but I think it won't stop them from going bankrupt sometime during the next 18 months.

Got my tickets from Wasps in South end as Tigers allocation is in blocks 9/10/11/12 etc.
At least Tigers' fans can sit together on mass, particularly as we can also get tickets from them.
Car parking- quite a few places to park, usually a fiver, like the local rugby clubs, a field off the round about near The Novotel Hotel etc but you need to be there a good hour before the game!
:smt026 :smt038 NOW LET'S MAKE SOME REAL NOISE right from the off as we don't need tannoy man or drums to show our support.
