Yes! Exactly! I can't believe how many people find it impossible to clap to a beat by a rock band :smt017 Curiously, they seem to catch up/ get in line as it progresses. Weird. My earlier suggestion for the flag runners was paint ball guns.

Agree Griff and Old Hob why haven't we got a set of drummers with so many steel bands in the region we should be able to come up with 4 or 5 good drummers.

I wonder if Tigers made a complaint about Whitehouse in view of his carp performance in the Racing match. Mind you Jones is apparently also Welsh so we may have to pray to the Gods that he is not as bad.
Hi Wardy, I always try to substantiate where my posts come from and yes today I noticed that Dan Jones was locally listed as our Referee rather than the RC92 associate member Ben Whitehouse, well this information was posted on Planetrugby on Tuesday with Healy & Campbell as assistants; whereas Dan Jones was down to Referee Ospreys v Bristol in Bridgend but this switch can only be a hopeful improvement, but I think Ben Whitehouse in on the International circuit! but he is in my classification of Wigglesworth, Garner, Raynal, Gauzere & Poite.
Here is the Planetrugby article :- http://www.planetrugby.com/news/match-o ... uary-29-2/
I too cannot stand the drums, the piped music ie. Mighty Quin, Wasps squeels.. but that Argentinian singer of a few seasons ago Tigers V Argentina was class :smt045

Oh come on Neil Nodder they have replaced the old galvanised steel dustbins with plastic bins and they are difficult to string round your neck & hell to try and tune!!! :smt035 No drums please and too cold for cheer-leaders.

Wormus did you go to the Wasps match at the Ricoh arena? The drummers there were superb and added to a fantastic atmosphere. If we can't invent a better chant than Tigers,Tigers, Tigers repeated ad infinitum then it's got be drummers, steel wood or plastic I don't mind just remember to bring a good supply of cotton wool if you're sitting or standing too close to them!

Next thing will be the demand for a sarrie type drummer with matching dullard hat and tassel. Time for our roots to kick in, fox horns and hounds!

Agree with most of that team bar Brady and Tait.

Not holding my breath about Catchpole.

Have to say I'm surprised to see Catchy back but lets wait to see if that's the case on Saturday, overall what we were expecting, might have liked to see Yawayawa in for Brady

George told me more than two weeks ago that he expected to return for this match so it seems he is on schedule.

Really surpised by that unless it wasn't as bad as first thought.

Yawayawa for Brady
Worth for Tait
Would be my starting XV.

Very interested to see how Betts goes.

Don't expect too much, that's a substantial chunk of Stains First XV
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.
