Tigers v Bath

Post by Doghashadhisday »

A 5 point win against Bath and deny them a point and all will be well and not a mouse will have stirred.

All will be well in Tigerland and King Cockers will rule the roost. :smt031 :smt026

If we play like today, we will be lucky to score 5 points :smt002 let alone get a result

So we are such a great team that we can do without the services of a specialist No8 for all of this season :smt017

I think the chances of the Messiah returning are rather higher than a 5 pointer against Bath .

As we have been so :censored: all season I want to see changes with players who aren't playing well finally being dropped.

A seasoned drivel-spouter on the Bath forum has written:

"I think we'll smash them up front and our backs will rip them to pieces. We'll win by at least two scores. Genge will get binned, Youngs senior will probably follow him and Youngs Junior and Burns will have shockers living off scraps. And then their supporters will blame the ref."

This has elicited a response from an equally practiced pillock:

"Their message board supporters are ignorant enough to blame the referee after every match, win or lose."

This encourages me and young Strawclearer to attend Welford Road next weekend and shout ourselves hoarse - and I'm sure we'll be in good company! :smt027

All I can say is with Blackadder in charge we are going to need a cunning plan. Anyway pride cometh before the fall.

Rhubarb! It's a pride of lions, not Tigers, The collective noun for Tigers is a streak or an ambush? A little worried about streak thing...............I'll hope for the ambush.

I to hope for the ambush. With Thacker, Evans and BOC pillaging the breakdown and hounding Ford whilst Kitchener fouls their lineout.

We'll need to more than halve our error count in order to compete though.

The previous games have no bearing on the one next week. We turn up, we perform and go home, the rest is up to the team! :smt030 :smt031

+1

By all means bemoan a poor performance but condemning for something that hasn't yet, and may not, happened is ridiculous.
