Can't see him returning to bristol.

Re: Genge
Well his job was to impress at every opportunity, most of which would have been at Oval Park, and certainly has done that. There have been calls for a knarley old fat boy to bulk up the front row options but I think Genge has looked very promising as a mobile prop for the future. A real keeper.
Opportunities always look bigger going than coming.

Re: Genge
He did a full lap of the wreck after the whistle today, fair play.
Asked him if we'd see him in a Tigers' shirt next season..... got a thumbs up and a "yes"
Good carrying today.

Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens.

Rugby Paper today quotes Cockers as saying about Genge:
"It's got to be sorted but we like Ellis and we'd like to keep him. He's found a spiritual home."
so here's hoping!

Can't picture cockers mentioning it like that if it wasn't already a done deal and we are waiting to announce it.
Wouldn't surprise me if we announce
Hamilton
Genge
a couple development promotions
at the same time.

I really do believe He is going to be a Tigers legend, he has the "Julian White" look about him, carries well his distribution is excellent and he doesn't mind letting the opposition know he's around, if you get my meaning !JackFlashJonny wrote:He looked brilliant live and the Bath fan next to me was very impressed...Get him signed up

As long as he leaves his fists unclenched he can emulate JW as much as he wants. I'm surprised the Bristol haven't asked for him back? I hope Cockers and Cohen move quicklyinsearchofheros wrote:I really do believe He is going to be a Tigers legend, he has the "Julian White" look about him, carries well his distribution is excellent and he doesn't mind letting the opposition know he's around, if you get my meaning !JackFlashJonny wrote:He looked brilliant live and the Bath fan next to me was very impressed...Get him signed up
