Wouldn't have anything to do with you living in Derbyshire, would it? (you do still live in Derbyshire?)

Realistically Remy, we're you to play Toulon in Nice how would rate your chances?

I frankly don't know... It seems that the on form team are Racing, but toulon had ups and downs these days. The formidable Top 14 victory against Racing (man, that last ditch penalty conceded by Castro...) may be the tree hiding the forrest, if I make myself understood... So I'd rather have Toulon than Racing, but what chances do we have to beat the mighty Cockerill's Tigers first? Ooooooh poooor Stade Français :smt009 :smt009 :smt009

Of course it would and yes we do! :smt002

For us to get to the iPro, it's either a 35 minute bus ride from the stop over the back wall and a 15 minute walk to the ground or a 10 minute walk into town, a 12 minute train journey and a 10 minute walk to the ground.

Besides that, I still think the iPro would have been a better choice. It's easier to get to if you're driving from Leicester, i.e. it's practically all dual carriageway from the M1 to the ground plus it's a shorter travelling time by train to Derby than to Nottingham.

However, having said that, the City Ground is not being used that weekend whilst Derby County are hosting Sheffield Wednesday on the Saturday. Therefore, there'll be more time to prep the place ready for the invasion of the egg chasers.

It was because I watched the Racing v Toulon stiffs match that I asked. ....& I concur about Castro!

According to the great god Google Maps:

City Ground to station = 1 mile
iPro Stadium to station = 0.7 mile
Welford Road to station = 0.6 mile

all depends of course which platform & exit you use, and then where you enter city ground! Brian Clough stand is the "other side" the devil is the detail.

For me all 3 are roughly the same walking time!!

Google may say different distances but the time it takes to get from station to ground depends on how fast you walk, and if you are a crow or a Tiger.
