Will be great to welcome you back. Last time you were with us, John Griffiths brought a gang of you to our prematch event in Dolans , where funds supported the Matt Hampson trust.

Well this time we are running a lunch again, same venue, different players speaking.


MRSC Prematch Lunch. Dec 12th in aid of Cancer Research.

MRSC are hosting a pre-match lunch in Dolans Pub Limerick on Saturday 12th of December before the Munster v Leicester Tigers Champions Cup game. Confirmed guest speakers include Frankie Sheahan, Damien Varley and a current Munster player (TBC)

Last time we had an excellent lunch and those marvellous Munster supporters presented me with a cheque for £7680.00 made out to the Matt Hampson Trust. If you can be there to support them please do, you will enjoy it.

Certainly should - probably won't. Do we have an independent Supporter's Group that might be persuaded to offer something like this? My guess is that any official hospitality areas at the ground will be filled with sponsors in suits. The Munster lunch is being held at a local hostelry. Where, I wonder, could that be done in Leicester?

Surely Alphawiseowl we have a pub or restaurant owner amongst our supporters? I would be surprised if we didn't.

We tried to do this for the Treviso fans a few years ago and it fell on deaf ears - Barkers arms in Blaby would be the best option - great Tigers pub but a bit out for the munster lads.

We've decided to go. There will be plenty of time to make the informal visits to the other pubs over the weekend. Besides, its going to rain all day on Saturday and we'll want to be somewhere dry.
