Re: Message to Cockerill and the team
Yep - me too. The result was a disappointing end but for goodness sake - we ended up 3rd and in the SFs which was more than most of us expected at Christmas. Well done everybody. We fought well, did not let ourselves down and can hold our heads up. Need to learn how to deal with this supposed diamond formation which Bath, and others seem to have adopted. With luck, AM will have some impact when he arrives with his crew. I would feel a whole lot worse this morning if I was a Saints fan.

Agree with these very positive and constructive sentiments. Proud to have supported a Club like Tigers for...ouch...decades - especially when, for us, a poor season is walking from a losing semi-final with our heads (and our salary cap) held high.
Every confidence in Cockers and his team; really looking forward to AM's input and not-so-quietly confident that next season will be rather good!

Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Pleasure to read Ellis 9's post along with the response's, from true fellow Tigers supporters. Not a backstabber to be heard.

Two posts that smack of trying to start an argument and spoil the thread. I agree entirely with the sentiments of this thread, except the last two.

You could not be further from the truth with regards to me. And by having a go at us, aren't you guilty of trying to start an argument?GS wrote:Two posts that smack of trying to start an argument and spoil the thread. I agree entirely with the sentiments of this thread, except the last two.

All of this pain and humiliation will only make it sweeter when we win the league again.
