I am delighted to learn that the Italians have agreed to accept less than the Scots, and that the Welsh Regions have signed a participation agreement, And that there is a Sponsor for the PRO 12.

Sources for these rumours?

Even if I gave you sources you'd find a reason to belittle them and make another slur against the Celtic teams. So I can't be bothered.

As my French friends say plus ca change plus c'est la meme chose!
What disarray exactly?

You don't half talk nonsense the occasional time it's intelligible.
Because they cannot decide how to spilt the European revenue and the welsh still have not a participation agreement! And ISFAIA they still have not got a sponsor.

SNAFU!

:smt003
Please explain why you believe that these two observations contained within your rant are true, Bill W. In detail.

1. They cannot decide how to split the European revenue.

2. Still have not got a sponsor.

You made the claim first, you provide your evidence first. But you won't because you can't.

Just to put you in the picture, a little something from David Moffett, former CEO of the WRU ....

David Moffett ‏@moffettrugby · 30 mins
@JohnGilheaney Fortunately the war is over and the WRU has been vanquished and hammered on all fronts its RRW Day

It will be a long long time before Roger Lewis, the CEO of WRU, comes out with anything like this again....

PS. The regions still haven't signed an agreement and won't until there's agreement that RRW can agree to. :smt038
I will believe it when Adeline Patti sings at the St Helens pavilion again :smt005

To be fair....There are no absence of willing sponsors for the Rabo.

There is only an absence of willing sponsors (it seems) at the price those selling it believe its worth.

How could the pro12 have signed a sponsorship deal before a euro competition was confirmed? It's unlikely it would have had the same form without a euro comp as well, so you couldn't finalise sponsorship details before the other thing was sorted. It's frankly idiotic to expect anything else.

You would have a name or names with a provisional indication of the package subject to the on field and tv structure being settled. There are only so many options. It's frankly idiotic to expect anything else.

Can you give me one example of an announcement of sponsorship before contracts are signed?
