Strange, I never saw Tyzot as an anagram of Smurphswillgetya
Opportunities always look bigger going than coming.

Of course this is my own opinion and other posters may have a different perceived factual viewpoint.

I was talking about Chuter not Burns

Nicki Goneva is now on twitter his account is @VGoneva perhaps we should all tweet him to say how much we would like him to stay
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity
Re: Transfer Rumours Thread 2013/2014 Season
I really like the signing of Ghiraldini, a top quality international who will provide real competition and rest for TY. I have to agree with most peoples opinions on our propping resources, we are probably at least one prop away from where we need to be. Ayerza and Mulipola are superb options on the loosehead and Bristow looks to have potential. At tighthead Cole, Mulipola and Balmain are all capable of playing at a high level but I still feel we could do with a Boris Stankovich figure to allow Balmain and Bristow time to develop.

Re: Transfer Rumours Thread 2013/2014 Season
We have Rizzo coming too, but I still feel we are a solid depth TH away from being sorted.
Loose heads
Ayerza, Rizzo. (International level)
Bristow. (LV starter/league depth)
Brugnara. (Prospect)
Tight heads
Cole, Mulipola. (International level)
Balmain. (LV starter/league depth)
Pasqualli. (Prospect)
Given Mulipola's ability to play both sides, another tight head option would give us real depth required to challenge even if we pick up any injuries. Allowing for the fact we could lose the first four from either side during AI's, another body is definitely needed. Rizzo is effectively replacing Boris, but we still need to replace Schuster, or persist with him.

I'd hope after his displays this season Balmain is at least considered third choice. He's been solid when needed and carries well, gets stuck in to the defensive work as well. We'll lose him ala Stevens if we keep bringing in journey men ahead of him.

Sam is right on Balmain - now needs to play more.

Think Fraser has been on a steady upward curve. He has been slowly exposed this season and has never took a backward step. Think Cockers' trust in him is growing, and we will see him play a more significant part next season.

Re: Transfer Rumours Thread 2013/2014 Season
I'm seeing comparisons in Pasqualli's career path, seems to be involved in the match day setup, not in the playing squad, but often seen warming up and then sat with the subs, being slowly introduced to the first team setup, and given gametime in cups.

Having seen Owen Williams in the past few games, is Mr Burns going to come here now knowing he will start as a #2 ???

Heard on Radio Leicester yesterday evening (not sure who the reporter was) that at Tigers press day this week Cockers confirmed that we have retained Camacho and Scully for next season.
Tigers for the premiership and European Cup. Get behind the team and make some noise!!

Re: Transfer Rumours Thread 2013/2014 Season
Martin Crowson's piece on the squad balance next year said a likely entrant if Bowden left - and seemed to mention it as separate to Christian Loamanu.
Wonder who we'd be in the market for? or whether Pohe will move up.

Bai? If Cohen can get a player who is banned from playing for they international team in then I expect Bai to come in.kornboy130 wrote:Martin Crowson's piece on the squad balance next year said a likely entrant if Bowden left - and seemed to mention it as separate to Christian Loamanu.

Next year 12 could be
Allen, Bai, Heptema, Pohe
That's is a good mixture of Styles and age.
