Congatulations to RFU and PRL for successfully brokering this deal which will benefit all of European Rugby.

I don't understand the obsession with closing threads on here. Seems incredibly anal and interrupts the thread of a discussion.

So if anyone wants to refer back as time goes on, the old one is here

Thank you for the insult. The thread was locked because it was referring to/discussing the possibilities and permutations of a situation which has now been resolved. Plus some posters were descending into batting insults and abuse back and forth which is not constructive or welcome.

The forum rules state that posts and threads can be edited, locked or removed as the moderators think fit.

I would suggest chopped nuts :smt031
Of course this is my own opinion and other posters may have a different perceived factual viewpoint.

So which stakeholder has not yet signed?

Welsh? Irish? Scots? Italians? Or even French?

The last thing I heard was that it was being translated into Italian for signature and there had been some translation problems initially but surely it doesn't take that long or is someone's agent not getting their share!

Wonder where this now leaves the ERC legally and whether or not the remaining unpaid money from them to HC clubs is ever going to be paid??

ERC directors will have to be very aware of their legal obligations and the insolvency laws. I would be surprised if it were to be paid.
