Totally agree! Think the fines for using mobile phones should be even higher though.

Its about time this happened as I am sick of following people that refuse to budge from the middle lane when I am in the inside lane(as the law dictates). This has been a long time in coming and should be used for not only cars that sit in the middle lane but also cars towing the worst devices known to man - caravans !! How can that possibly be an enjoyable experience towing your holiday home behind you for hundreds of miles only to be stuck in a field for a week !!! (wonders just what fury will be posted after that response !!)
