East Midlands Final - the wanted final!!

Post by Bill W (2) »

I was away for the weekend in Lytham St Annes for the Past Rotarians AGM. But with radio.

Tigers now have the best chance for silverware they could have hoped for. All they have to do is beat the Sinners!

Easy Peasy?

Sarries = Easy Peasy

Stains = Tigers best performance of the season is a must to win.

We will do it!!
They have a good pack but their backs are massively inferior, the only one who would stand a chance of getting into our team is Foden and after Taits tour de force yesterday i'm not even sure about that!!

All we need now is for Wayne Barnes to be the ref!

We have to be very very careful here because fate sometimes plays its evil hand....
Remember beating Waspies and then getting stuffed in the Final..??
Stains pack , on a good day, can be very dangerous.
And we will be out and out favourites, a danger sign.
Let us hope our lads can replicate yesterdays second half for the third time this season....

We need to replicate yesterdays second half performance for 80 mins. Absolutely nothing less will win us the premiership :smt023

We are definitely the underdog outsiders for this one.

Saints have just beaten the league winners in their own, plastic, back yard. The team that finished top o' the pile.

How can we compete with them :smt017 :smt002

I can't see any of our guys being complacent, can anyone really imagine that the players won't go hell for leather and give everything to win this. Because personally I can't. Our pack needs to at least match theirs, Jugs needs to kick well and our backs need to play like yesterday. Glad I have my tickets booked now. :smt026

Below is a great post lifted from the Stains Forum made by Soggypitch or is it?

Haven't seen much comment on your board about Tigs great result/performance yesterday.Anyway just so as you know you'll be amongst friends at Twickers here's a thread from the LT forum that may surprise a few of you!

If you want any directions to HQ ask a Leicester fan it's our 9th final on the trot (we usually lose!) and one I can hardly wait for
