Sale vs Gloucester
Watching this game is like watching Super 15s. It's end to end which is all very exciting but so many mistakes! Both tries so far came from mistakes!

Re: Sale vs Gloucester
And their third try I just dont get this hands going backwards business. Look at the lines on the pitch and the ball went forward.

Re: Sale vs Gloucester
Sale have either improved 100 fold or Glaws are absolutely shocking. Gloucs look a spent force tonight, 12T looks poor!!

TMO had 2 decisions and got them both wrong.

Re: Sale vs Gloucester
Looks like the top 4 will be Saracens, Tigers,Quins and Saints. Unless Saints choke!
Of course this is my own opinion and other posters may have a different perceived factual viewpoint.

To be honest Glos look like the side struggling against relegation.

Re: Sale vs Gloucester
Thanks Kornboy. I understand what they are trying to implement, but that ball was forward by a yard and the TMO bottled it, and then tried to even things up by not giving a perfectly good try at the other end.

Re: Sale vs Gloucester
A bit of a shock result all the same. Saints have to drop out of the top 4 or else I will get nothing but grief at work if we beat them yet again (boss is an avid Saints fan so I wore my Tigers top on dress down friday to wind him up!!)

Re: Sale vs Gloucester
Brian Ashton hit the nail on the head when he pointed out the fundamental error in Glaws back play - all lateral and no fixing of defences - sounds like us on bad days in the last three seasons (but not on good ones, before the tartan rugs stir).

Re: Sale vs Gloucester
delightful result from a saints perspective, provided we can press home the advantage visiting the London welsh in oxford on sunday.
I think we will, but see this game as potential banana skin rather than a bye. after all, as sale reminded glaws tonight the bottom part of the table will shock the top part from time to time.
