Calling ISIHAC fans
According to an email I've received from the producer Jon Naismith, there will be a double recording of I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue at De Montfort Hall on Mon 01 Jul. Tickets will be available from the box office from 10.00 on Fri 12 Apr and priced at £7 & £5. Alternatively, they can be obtained from http://www.demontforthall.co.uk from the same time.

Excellent; thanks BJ and Rizzo. Best news in a while. I will try to be there. I have never been to one but having listened to ISIRTA then ISIHAC since ummm, well, whenever it started (1965?) I must get to just one before everybody pops their clogs. I miss Willy as much as Humph.

Re: Calling ISIHAC fans
Apologies for the crook link earlier. I'm currently in Prague and working off an Android tablet. I think ISIHAC started in the early 70s as I seem to recollect a 40th anniversary within the last couple of years.

Re: Calling ISIHAC fans
De Mont have tweeted that they have had technical issues (often do!) but some people are tweeting that they have finally got tickets through box office phone line. Lots of cross people apparently some been trying since 10am.
Good luck if you are trying for tickets!

If any of you are going to buy tickets for the Chesterfield gig at the box office, keep an eye out for the bloke in the camping chair at (or near) the front of the queue.

Re: Calling ISIHAC fans
and if you haven't read it yet, get hold of a copy of 'Lyttleton's Britain'. It's a collection of some of those hilarious introductions to each town/city that Humph did. The one of Leicester is included. brilliant stuff.

Re: Calling ISIHAC fans
Thanks BJ for the post.
I got the LCC tourist information door open at bang on 10am last Friday and after waking up the Demontfort Hall booking staff member i managed to purchase 2 tickets and car park space.
Very grateful for the heads up and i've now got time to gem my wife up again on the Mornington Crescent rules!

And on the 7th day, god rested, he stood patiently and awaited the green light to start the game from SKY!
Re: Calling ISIHAC fans
And yet, here's me, been on the notification list for years, finally got to hear of a gig nearby and I've got a chance to see ISIHAC live. I was working at the time the tickets came out and BANG, chance gone.
Thanks.
Thanks.
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….
