Yeah against Barf!Logo would be a better bet
Logo v Ford!
Score prediction, 56-40 with five tries apiece for the two 10's. Logo from five metres out and Ford from his own 22. Logo blew it though, missed eight conversions!

Yes but 8 missed was still better than Ford yes?
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

Vesty took the conversions as he had a higher percentage of success!Yes but 8 missed was still better than Ford yes?
By the way just joking, having a bit of fun otherwise you can go mad.
I do like Ford and hope he overcomes the pressure of kicking in front of a big crowd although he will have to wait a long while before he plays in front of a big crowd when he leaves us. I'm sure he will get better!

Glad that Myler isn't coming. I think he is quite ordinary and predictable, in a competent sort of way.

You have to love him or you hate him but could Berrick Barnes be turned into something like Nick Evans? If he could be tempted over here he would then be available year round and, on his day, would probably surpass Flood but not sure about consistancy.

Then how did Castro become the marquee signing? As far as I'm aware the only rule on the marquee thing is you can't use it to sign a player from another AP club.. I don't believe he can be the marquee player. I thought the rule was that the marquee player couldn't be a current player but had to be a new signing.
Rob Miller and a 7 please! Though I liked what I saw of Oliver in the LV Cup, he did more in 10 mins than Thorpe did in 50.

A Marquee player has to either be (a) NEW but from OUTSIDE the Prem or (b) have been playing for the club for two or more years.
Never believe generalisations

That was my impression too BG01, so Cole will be fine to become marquee player.BG01 wrote:

Another transfer rumour is that Tigers are interested in Joel Koffi, a flanker who plays for Carcassone and has apparently impressed in Pro D2 this season. The rumour is on twitter with Midi Olympique being cited as the original source. Looks like he has been a regular in Pro D2 for a while:

Presumably this is Ged Glynn's knowledge of French rugby coming through, think Kayser, Dupuy, Stankovich, Goneva, Mele, etc.

Thank heavens for thatWill S wrote:Rugby Paper also commented that we have lost out on Myler as he is staying at Saints.
Hambo :- He was with England when he was injured, but he was a Tigers player, our player. He is still our player.”

Here, Here.
Re: Squad Changes 2013-2014 Season & Transfer Rumours Thread
These last 2 seasons or so we have lost some high quality indeed legendary Tigers and this season will be no different. The problem for Tigers like any other premiership club is to replace and maintain at the very least an equilibrium in the quality of the squad.
I worry that whilst it is the Tigers way to develop players rather than sign star names, their development takes time and this leaves us undercooked in the meantime.
